Property Management

Here at Nielsen Services and Property Management, we take great pride in being given the opportunity to take care of your home like it is our own. How it works: The best way for us to understand what your looking for is to set up a meeting where we can meet and discuss the wants and needs you are looking for from us as a service to you. For example we have clients who go away for 8 months out of the year and it is our job to watch over the house by providing weekly checks and are readily available to answer the phone at all times and address any questions they may have while away from there home. We also have clients who go away for a week or two at a time and rely on us to watch over the home while they are on vacation.  Pricing varies based on the services you would like us to provide, we have clients who rely on us to have the summer furniture out and power washed ready to go for the summer season as well as have the pool opened and serviced for when they are back in town. We also do small things such as watching over the house to make sure the pipes don't freeze over the winter and that your car batteries are charged when you come home. On some of the homes we manage we do a seasonal power wash of the entire exterior and patios to make sure everything is clean and up to date upon their arrival. The best part is that our prices are fair and we are open to any custom accommodations you might have. Property management is not a one size fits all type of gig. Every client, home, and experience is its own individual contract. We are looking forward to getting to know you and help you with your home!
