In what scenario would I need a Property Manager?

What is a “Routine Check In”?
A routine check in consists of a thorough walk through of your home. First we will perform an exterior walk through looking for anything that may be broken or missing, we will also be looking for any signs of attempted entry, packages that have been delivered, and property tidiness. Next will be the interior walk-through that consists of much of the same as well as checking house temperature, fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarms, fuel gauges, etc.
Who will be at my home?
My name is James Nielsen, and I am the owner/operator. When we meet at your home to discuss your management package in depth, we will meet face to face and you can be assured that I am the only person who will be looking over your house. The upside to this vs. bigger companies is that they may send a number of different employees to your home. There is comfort in knowing who is in your home when you are not there!
